Accelerator program: Digital medical countermeasures
Applications open October 15 for a 10-week, fully virtual accelerator for startups building digital health solutions that strengthen preparedness, readiness and mobilization. Participants will receive:
Weekly mentorship and curriculum sessions Access to subject matter experts and peers Final showcase to potential partners, investors and clients Applications open October 15 and close December 3, 2025.

Non-dilutive funding: Wearable biosensors
Applications are due January 15 for funding awards up to $200,000 to support short-term proof-of-concept studies of wearable biosensing technologies that can detect, triage or monitor infectious diseases. Participants will have access to study-site matching, project management support and expert mentorship.

Non-dilutive funding: Traumatic brain injury solutions
Applications are due January 15 for funding awards ranging from $500,000–$2,000,000 for innovators developing digital health tools that support triage and assessment of traumatic brain injuries in prehospital settings, particularly those caused by nuclear detonation and related blast events. Projects will focus on software prototyping and development in partnership with health systems.
These programs, part of our Paratus Digital Health Accelerator-BARDA Accelerator Network Hub for Digital Health and developed in partnership with the Center for the Biological Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), provide unique opportunities for startups to accelerate innovation and validation with direct support from MATTER and mission-aligned partners.
