Pitch your business idea for a chance to win $30,000! Future Founders is excited to share an incredible opportunity for student entrepreneurs from our longtime partner, Fetch.

Fetch is now accepting applications for the Defeat the Odds Pitch Competition, a national competition for founders building bold ideas and real businesses. The competition reflects Fetch’s own origin story. The company began as a college pitch, and through Defeat the Odds they’re opening that same door for the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Defeat the Odds is open to US-based college students (participating either individually or as a team), at least 18 years of age, who are presently enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution in the United States in undergrad or grad school. A team may be composed of up to 4 individuals.

Selected founders will compete for meaningful support to help accelerate their companies, including:

Up to $30,000 in prize funding 1:1 mentorship with Fetch CEO Wes Schroll Access to Fetch’s legal, accounting, and marketing teams All-expenses-paid travel to Boston for the live finals The process begins with a short application and a three-minute pitch video. Semi-finalists will pitch virtually in April, and finalists will travel to Boston to pitch live on June 9 at the Tech Innovation Summit hosted by The Boston Globe.
