Information Needed to Reserve a Space
- First and last name
- Membership status with the studio
- Email address
- Your Team/Department if applicable
- Name of the Event
- Date and time of the event
- Type of event
- Expected number of attendees (ballpark is good)
- Openness of the event (open to the public, private, etc.)
- Details about the event
- The Space you would like to reserve
- Why this event should be held at the studio
- how this event benefits the Studio and its members
- Any Promotional materials you would like to share
