Learning scientist and instructional designer, and a doctoral candidate in Instructional Technology at Northern Illinois University. Her dissertation follows middle schoolers through a makerspace summer program, tracing how problem-based learning builds their confidence alongside their skills in coding, robotics, and design.

She came to that work by way of scale: as a project manager at the Indian Institute of Technology she helped open digital education centers across four states and enrolled more than 120,000 students in open-source MOOCs. At 71 North she is contributing to SuperBetter — building evidence-based learning experiences, organizing the training content in the LMS, and folding participant feedback back into the program before it goes wide.
