ConnectWERX and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), through its Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security, and Emergency Response (CESER), invite proposals for the Securing Energy Technology Resiliency (SENTRY) opportunity announcement.
This initiative seeks innovative solutions from commercial technology startups to advance the security, resilience, and operational efficiency of the nation’s energy infrastructure.
Focus Areas:
- Risk Quantification: Develop energy-sector-specific frameworks to measure and address risks.
- ICS/OT Cybersecurity: Enhance industrial control system and operational technology security, including advanced threat emulation.
- Decentralized Asset Management Systems (DAMS): Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities across distributed energy assets.
- Drone Threat Mitigation: Establish cost-effective counter-adversarial drone capabilities.
Awards:
Up to $853,750 per project for up to three years.
Eligible domestic entities with strong industry partnerships are encouraged to apply and play a critical role in shaping a secure energy future.
