The Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Manufacturing Technology (ManTech) Program has released a solicitation for a Consortium Manager for the Revolutionary Fibers and Textiles Consortium (RFTC) — a new, consortium-based Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) designed to unite government, industry, and academia in advancing next-generation fiber and textile manufacturing technologies.
ATI is preparing a response to this solicitation and is inviting current and prospective partners to participate in building a premier national consortium that will:
- Accelerate research, prototyping, and scaling of revolutionary fibers and textiles
- Strengthen the U.S. industrial base across defense and commercial applications.
